1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello (any flavor)
1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 (9 oz.) tub frozen whipped topping
¼ c. shredded coconut (may be omitted)
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained

Mix dry Jello with cottage cheese. Fold in whipped topping and add coconut. Mix well. Add drained fruit cocktail. Mix and refrigerate. Other fruit or chopped nuts may be added.
