RED PEPPER
YELLOW PEPPER
6 C. CHICKEN BROTH
GREAT NORTHERN WHITE BEANS – BIG JAR
¾ C. MILK
1 C. FLOUR
1 – 2 T. CHILI POWDER
2 T. ITALIAN SEASONING
1 TSP. RED AND BLACK PEPPER
SPRINKLE OF CRUSHED RED PEPPER
1 T. CUMIN
1 ½ C. CORN
1 CAN DICED TOMATOES W/ GREEN CHILIS – HOT
1 ROASTED CHICKEN – SHREDDED OR 3 TO 4 CUPS SHREDDED CHICKEN

SAUTÉ FIRST 7 INGREDIENTS FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES. PUREE ¾ OF JAR OF BEANS IN FOOD PROCESSOR TILL SMOOTH. ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. SIMMER FOR 3 HOURS.
