1 pkg macaroni and cheese dinner
1 lb lean ground beef
1 T chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 can (14 1/2 oz) stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 can (16 oz) kidney beans, drained
1/3 c sour cream
1/3 c shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare macaroni dinner according to directions on package. Meanwhile, brown meat with chili powder and cumin in large skillet. Add tomatoes and beans. Simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in mac and cheese; cook 3-5 minutes or until heated through. Top with sour cream and cheese.
