2 c cubed ham
1/2 c chopped green onions
10 flour tortillas
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 T flour
2 c milk
6 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1/3 C ham/onions down center of each tortilla. Top with 2 T cheese. Roll up and place seam-side down in greased 9x13 pan. Combine flour, milk, salt and eggs until smooth. Pour over tortillas. Cover and refrigerate over night. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes, uncover and bake for additional 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 3 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
