1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Sherry
2 Cloves - minced or garlic salt
1 Tbs dry mustard
1 Tbs ground ginger
1 Tsp dried thyme crushed
3 bay leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Blend the ingredients - place meat in a clear pastic
bag. Let set in a deep bowl, pour marinade in bag and close.
Marinate 2 to 3 hours at room temperature, or overnight in the refrigerator
Cook according to directions for the type pork
