1 lb Ground Beef 2 Eggs
1 C chopped Onions 2 T Sesame Seed
1 Can tomato Sauce Grated Cheese
1/2 C Catsup
1/3 C Brown Sugar
2 Tsp Mustard
1 1/2 C Bisquick
1 C Milk

Heat oven to 400
Cook ground beef and onion.
Stir in tomato sauce,catsup, brown sugar and mustard
Heat to boiling.
Spoon into ungreased 13 X 9 X 2 pan
Stir Bisquick, mild, eggs with fork until well blended.
Pour carefully over meat mixture.
Sprinkle with Sesame (or Flax) seed

Bake 400 for 20-25 minutes
Top with Grated Cheese
