5 slices Bacon fried crisp and crumbled
3/4 C shredded Swiss Cheese
2 1/2 Tbs. Onion finely minced
2 lg. eggs well beaten
1 1/4 C half and half milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of sugar and cayenne red pepper

Combine fried crumbled bacon to onion.
Combine all remaining ingredients - save in covered
casserole dish in back refrigerator. (That’s the one on the
back porch)
Jan will bake the quiche for you, but if you are doing it with out
her follow these procedures:
Preheat oven to 425.
Pour filling into pie shell
Bake 425 for 15 minutes. Reduce to 300 and bake 30 minutes
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Serve in wedges
