1 box white cake mix
1 can diet Sprite
1 pk. fat-free, sugar-free vanilla pudding (optional)
1 can coconut milk
1 can condensed milk
Cool Whip
shredded coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cake mix, diet Sprite, and pudding mix, and pour into a greased 9x12 pan. Bake according to directions on cake mix. Allow cake to cool. Punch holes in cake with a wooden spoon handle. Mix together coconut milk and condensed milk, and pour over cake. Top with Cool Whip and shredded coconut. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
