1 lb. pork sausage - original- (Bob Evans or Jimmy Dean)
2 1/4 c. milk (skim is ok)
10 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 8-oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. cubed wheat bread w/o crusts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray 9 x 13" glass baking dish with Pam for easy cleanup.
Brown and drain sausage. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl and pour into greased baking dish.
Bake 30 - 40 minutes uncovered. Casserole is done when knife inserted in center comes out clean.

This can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning. It reheats very well.

Serve with fresh fruit and coffee cake for brunch or with a salad for lunch or supper.
