2 pounds ground beef
1 cup dried bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped yellow onion
Seasoning salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup milk
1 cup ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Turn into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Pour 1 cup ketchup over top of loaf, continue baking until done, about an additional 1/2 hour.
