Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 medium sized onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp flour
1 cup of good red table wine, or white table wine (wine that you would drink)
1 Knorr beef bullion cube - crumbled
1 hard boiled egg, finely chopped..

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onion in the olive oil left over in the skillet. When the onion looks golden in color, make a rue by combining the 2 tablespoons of flour with the onion and browning the flour slightly. Next pour in the wine and make a smooth rue. Pour over the meatballs in the pot.

Now add the water, chopped egg, and the bullion into the pot and slowly, so as to not break up the meatballs, stir to mix. Simmer slowly for 20 minutes more or less and they will be ready to eat. If needed, add more salt to taste.
