Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/3 cup milk
1 large egg - beaten
1 slice of bread torn in small pieces
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp salt
1 pound ground chuck
1 pound ground pork
2 cups flour for rolling and coating meatballs
1/3 cup olive oil for cooking meatballs

Directions:
Directions:
First, combine the milk and egg in a large bowl, then let the torn bread soak in the milk and egg mixture. Next mix in the rest of the ingredients except for the flour. Put the flour in the middle of a large cookie sheet.

With a large tablespoon, drop a ball of meat mixture onto the flour and roll around to cover. Then, by hand, roll each into meatballs. You should have about 35 - 40 meatballs.

Into a hot skillet, pour 1/3 cup of olive oil. When the olive oil is hot, not smoking, fry the meatballs to a brown outer color by occasionally turning them with a tablespoon. They do not need to be totally cooked inside as they will finish cooking in the broth later. Add a little more olive oil as needed. Place the browned meatballs in a large cooking pot. Now you are ready to make the sauce.
