Directions:
Make sauce first and cool. Combine the evaporated milk with margarine, chocolate chips, powdered sugar over medium heat. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil, turn down and continue to boil and stir for 8 mins.

1 15 oz. pkg. oreo or hydrox cookies
1 stick margarine
1/2 Gal. Vanilla ice cream
Spanish peanuts
Crush cookies in blender or food processor (refrigerate first to harden). Reserve about 1/2 cup crumbs for topping. Mix cookie crumbs with 1 stick softened margarine and press into 9x13 pan. Chill. Soften 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream and spread over crumb crust. Cover with Spanish peanuts and then cover with cooled chocolate sauce and then cover with one container Cool Whip. Spinkle with 1/2 C. reserved cookie crumbs -- freeze -- keeps indefinitely frozen. Tastes just like Dairy Queen's Buster Bar Parfait.

Personal Notes:
I remember the first time Mom made this -- she made it cause I was visiting - we ate it every night for almost a week - it's very very good!
