1 stick butter, melted
1 large onion, chopped
1 bundle green onions, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
2 lbs crawfish tails (Wal-Mart frozen food section)
2 cans cream style corn
4 cans cream of potato soup
1 pint Half & Half or 2 cans evaporated milk
Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning


Optional: Zatarain's Crab & Shrimp Boil - Liquid Concentrate

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion, green onion and bell pepper in butter; add thawed crawfish tails and sauté another 10 min.
Add corn, potato soup and milk.
Season to taste with Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
Heat till hot, stirring to prevent scorching.

(For extra zest soak thawed crawfish tails in 2 table spoons of Zatarain's Crab & Shrimp Boil - Liquid Concentrate. Boil for 20 min. before adding to soup.)
