2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. beer
1 egg
2 tsp. oil
Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix first three ingredients with a fork. In another bowl, beat together beer, egg and oil. Stir this into flour mixture. Coat chicken or fish with batter and fry in 1/2 inch of oil. This can also be used for veggies.
