1 pkge. crescent rolls
1 pound hamburger
1 onion chopped
Garlic salt
1 teaspoon dry parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon dry basil
12 teaspoon dry oregano
Dash salt &pepper
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
1 cup shredded mozzarello cheese
1/2 cup creamy cottage cheese

Mix cottage cheese & parsley; set aside. Brown hamburger;
drain. Add onion, spices and tomato paste; simmer 5
minutes. Roll out rolls parallel in an ungreased cookie sheet;
overlap and pinch together to seal perforations. Spread half
of meat mixture on dough about 4" wide and 1" from ends.
Add cottage cheese. Top with remaining meat mixture. Top
with mozarella cheese. Fold dough over top and pinch ends
closed. May brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with poppy or
sesame seeds.
Bake at 375' for 20-25 minutes.
