4 oz. softened cream cheese
1 C. confectioner's sugar
1/3 C. smooth peanut butter
1/2 C. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
1/2 C. chopped peanuts
9" graham cracker crust or chocolate crust

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese with sugar and peanut butter. Slowly add milk, beat until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip, sprinkle nuts on top and freeze.

It doesn't say, so I assume you serve it frozen? Aunt Ruth was married to Fred Leeson's brother, Ed, who was killed in 1952 during the Korean War. They had two children, Suzi and Jeff, and they lived in Albany, New York when we were kids. We made several trips to Albany to visit and they also came to Ohio every summer to visit us and Grandma and Grandpa Leeson.
