1 lb Lean Ground Beef
1/2 cup chopped Onion
1/4 cup chopped Green Pepper
1/4 cup chopped Celery
1 t Salt
1/8 t Pepper
1 8oz can Tomato Sauce
4 med Potatoes-baked
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, onion, green pepper anda celery in skillet. Drain fat. Add seasonings and tomato sauce. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise; scoop out and reserve shells. Mash potatoes; combine with meat mixture. Fill shells, place in pan. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 15 min @ 400º.
