3 T. butter
1 C. sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3-1/2 C. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 C. milk
2 C. orange marmalade
1 C. nuts, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Mix dry ingredients together and add to mixture alternately with milk. Add marmalade and nuts. Bake in loaf pan for about 1 hour at 350. This is moist and keeps well.
