10oz. frozen shredded hash browns
9-10 eggs
salt & pepper
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 pint whipping cream or 1/2 & 1/2
sm. chopped onion
1 lb sausage, ham or bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Spray bottom of 9 x 13" baking dish with cooking spray. Line bottom of pan with hashbrowns. Crack eggs on top and break eggs (do not scramble). Sprinkle with salt & pepper and 1 cup cheese. Pour cream over top. Sprinkle with onion, meat and remaining cheese. Cover and refridgerate overnight. Heat oven to 350º and bake for 40 minutes.
