1 large box graham crackers
2 (3 oz.) boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
3 1/2 c. milk
9 oz. Cool Whip

2 c. powdered sugar
6 T. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
3 T. milk
2 T. melted butter
2 T. light Karo syrup

Line bottom of 13" x 9" pan with a layer of graham crackers. Mix pudding and milk together...let set until thick. Fold Cool Whip into pudding. Spread 1/2 pudding mixture on top of graham crackers. Top with another layer of crackers, then spread the rest of the pudding over the crackers. Add a third layer of graham crackers and spread with topping (below).

Topping: Mix topping ingredients together and spread on top of last layer of crackers. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
