1 can evaporated milk
1 2/3 c. water
1/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cocoa and sugar, place in medium size sauce pan. Add water and evaporated milk stir until smooth. Heat over low heat until hot. Place large marshmallow in each cup, pour cocoa over marshmallows.
