1 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. green chilis, diced
1 1/2 c. creamed corn
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Jack cheese, shredded
1 c. flour
1 c. yellow corn meal
2 T. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325º
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs slowly, one at a time. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well incorporated. Pour into a well buttered 9 inch square pan. Bake for 1 hour.
