2 (8 oz.) cans artichokes, drained and cut (save 2 T. of juice)
3/4 c. parmesan cheese
3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. oleo, melted
2 T. artichoke juice
2 T. olive oil
salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Arrange artichokes in oblong dish. Mix cheese, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and sprinkle over artichokes. Mix oleo, olive oil and artichoke juice and drizzle over artichokes. Bake in microwave for 7 minutes or bake in oven at 325ºF for about 20-30 minutes.
