1/2 cup good vodka
2 cups cold espresso
1/2 cup white creme de menthe
4 Tbsp heavy cream
1 cup crushed ice
4 Tbsp chopped dark chocolate
Garnish:
fresh mint sprigs and shaved chocolate

Combine all ingredients in a blender until thoroughly combined and frothy. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with chocolate shavings and a fresh mint sprig
