2 cans French Onion Soup (or 2 packets)
1 small (about 2 lb) pot roast
2 cloves garlic
2 cups water

Salt and pepper all sides of the roast. Add all ingredients to slow cooker, and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours, turning the roast occasionally. Slice roast, and serve on toasted bread with the juice on the side for dipping.
