1 15-oz can Eagle Brand sweetened milk
1 c dates, pitted and chopped
1 c pecans, chopped
Ritz crackers
Prepared frosting (vanilla or cream cheese)
Sprinkles (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. In small saucepan, mix together the Eagle Brand and dates. When thickened, stir in the pecans. Remove from heat. Place crackers on cookie sheet and using a teaspoon, drop mixture on each cracker and flatten. Bake for 10 minutes and cool. Spread top of each cookie with prepared frosting and add sprinkles.
