Crab Imperial Recipe

1 lb. crab meat (imitation is fine)
1/2 C Mayo
1 T. Old Bay Seasoning
1/4 C. seasoned bread crumbs
1 T. flour
1/2 C. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Mix mayo with bread crumbs and Old Bay Seasoning. Add crab meat and toss gently. Melt butter in medium saucepan over low heat and stir while adding the 1 T. of flour. Allow to lightly boil for 2 mins., stirring constantly. Slowly add milk, while stirring constantly, and cook over low heat until thick. Combine with crab mixture. Put in casserole dish and pour topping over it.

Topping:
1/2 C. Mayo
1 egg beaten
Paprika
Beat egg and stir in mayo until smooth, pour over dish and sprinkle with generously with Paprika.

Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 450 and serve immediately.
