1 prepared pie crust (regular or graham cracker)
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
4 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c pecans, chopped
1 c whipping cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla and pour into prepared crust. Whip the cream and fold in pineapple and pecans and spread over the mixture in the crust. Chill for at least 3 hours before cutting.
