½ C mayonnaise
8 oz. cream cheese
1 C sour cream
½ C finely grated parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash of Tabasco sauce or hot sauce

Add:
1 can waterchestnuts, cut into large slices
2 C marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
