1 C whipping cream
¾ C sugar
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
¾ C cold water
1 C dairy sour cream
1 t. vanilla, almond or rum flavoring
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen raspberries or fresh or frozen fruit of any kind. Fresh strawberries are great. A fruit sauce is the best.

Heat whipping cream and sugar in top of double boiler until lukewarm. Soften gelatin in cold water and add. Heat until all dissolved. Remove, cool until mixture begins to thicken. Stir in sour cream. Beat until smooth. Turn into 1 quart or individual molds. Refrigerate until set. Unmold. Serve with fruit or sauce.
