1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
¼ tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1 large egg
½ c. margarine
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, soda, salt and sugar in a bowl. In a separate bowl, beat egg, milk, vanilla and butter. Add all at once to dry ingredients, mix well. Spoon into 12 paper lined muffin tins (2/3 c. full) bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
