8 C. finely chopped cabbage (about 1 head)
1/4 cup shredded carrot (1 medium carrot)
2 TBSP minced onion
1/3 C granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 C milk
1/2 C mayonnaise
1/4 C buttermilk
1 1/2 TBSP white vinegar
2 1/2 TBSP Lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Mince cabbage and carrots into very fine pieces.
Combine sugar, salt, pepper, milk, mayo, buttermilk, vinegar and lemon juice in a large bowl; beat until smooth.
Add cabbage, carrots and onion; mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
