3 c frozen loose packed hash browns, thawed
1/3 c butter, melted
1 c ham, diced
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c green chili, diced
2 eggs
1/2 c milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Place hash browns between paper towels and press to remove excess moisture. Press hash browns into the bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch pie plate. Drizzle with melted butter and bake for approximately 25 minutes. Combine ham, cheese and green chili and spread over bottom of baked crust. Reduce oven temperature to 350º. In a small bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over ingredients in pie plate and bake for 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before cutting.
