1/2 large diced Onion
1/2 diced green bell pepper
2 to 3 minced garlic cloves
1 to 2 TBSP Olive oil
1 (103/4 oz) can tomato puree
1/2 C apple cider vinegar
1/2 C chili sauce
1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
3 TBSP Honey
6 crushed Peppercorns OR 1/2 tsp coarsely ground pepper
1 Bay leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Saute first 3 ingredients in olive oil in a large saucepan for 10 minutes or until tender. Stir in tomato puree and remaining ingredients; bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for one hour.
Remove from heat and discard bay leaf.
