1 bag (10 oz) Old Dutch Puffcorn
½ lb. (2 sticks) Butter, not margarine
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup light corn syrup
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250

Combine butter, brown sugar, and syrup in 2 qt. pan. Cook for 2 minutes. Add baking soda. This will cause the mixture to foam. Pour puffcorn in large roaster pan. Pour butter sugar mixture over puffcorn and stir until coated.
Bake 45 minutes. Stirring every 10-15 minutes.
Remove from oven and pour on wax paper to cool and break apart.
