1 yellow cake mix
1 11oz can mandarin oranges in light syrup
1 crushed pineapple
1 carton cool whip
1 pkg vanilla instant pudding
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake as directed on box, except substitute liquid with the syrup from the can of pineapple reserve the fruit.
Add can of oranges with syrup, mix well and pour into cake pan.
While cake cools, mix cool whip with the reserved pineapple and the instant pudding.
Frost the cake with it. I sometime subsitute pistashio pudding, and that also very yummy.
