4 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes (about 3 large),
1 c. white sugar,
2 eggs, beaten,
1/2 c. evaporated milk,
1/2 tsp. salt,
1/3 c. butter or margarine,
1 tsp. vanilla extract.

Topping:
1 c. packed brown sugar,
1/2 c. flour,
1/3 c. better, melted,
1 c. chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, salt butter and vanilla. Mix together and pour into a greased 13"x9" baking dish.
Ina separate bowl, mix the brown sugar, flour, butter and pecans. Mix together and crumble over sweet potato mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 º for 35-45 min.
