2 lbs. lean beef, 3 T. fat, 1 large onion, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. paprika, 1 c. tomato paste (possibly more), 8 small peeled potatoes.

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into cubes and saute with onion in hot fat, stirring occasionally to brown evenly. Add seasonings and tomato paste. Simmer about 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Add potatoes after one hour of cooking; add more tomato paste if necessary. Serve hot.
