Ingredients: Kelloggs Corn Flake Crumbs 3 T. butter or margerine melted 1 1/2 lbs chicken breast (boneless skinless) 1 tsp. Italian seasoning 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. pepper

Directions: |
Directions:Preheat oven to 350º. Melt butter or margerine. Place chicken on a baking sheet covered in foil. Pour melted butter over chicken. Cover chicken pieces with Kelloggs corn flake crumbs coating them completely. Sprinkle chicken with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, pepper and garlic salt. Flip chicken to other side and do the same thing. Put the pan in the oven on the center rack and bake for 30-45 minutes depending on the thickness of the chicken until done. |
