1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine peanut butter, sugar, and eggs and mix well with a wooden spoon or electric mixer. Form into 1" round balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly in a cross-cross pattern with a fork dipped in sugar. Bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes. Cool completely before removing from cookie sheet.
