1 - 8oz. pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
3 cups cubed cooked chicken
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
4 cups chicken broth
6 slightly beaten eggs

Sauce:
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1 cup sour cream

Directions:

Spread stuffing mix in 9" x 13" pan. Top with a layer of chicken. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and blend in the flour and seasonings. Add the cool broth; cook and stir until the mixture thickens. Stir a small amount of the hot broth mixture into the eggs, then return to the hot mixture. Pour the broth mixture over the chicken. Bake at 325º for 40 to 45 minutes. Let it stand for 5 minutes before cutting into squares. Prepare sauce by combining the soup, milk, and sour cream. Heat slowly while stirring.
