11/2 c. egg noodles
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 lb. hamburg
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. ketchup
1 21/2 oz. can mushrooms (optional)
1 141/2 oz. can chopped tomatoes
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cook noodles, rinse and drain. Prepare mixed vegetables as directed. Brown onion, hamburg and celery. Drain off fat. In a 2 qt. casserole, combine all ingredients.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. May also be prepared by simmering on the top of stove for 30-45 minutes.
