Brownies:
1 stick (1/2 c) butter
1 c sugar
4 eggs
1 16-oz can Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
1 c + 1 tbsp flour

Frosting:
6 tbsp butter - melted
1 1/2 c sugar
6 tbsp milk
6 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix together butter, sugar, eggs, Hershey's syrup and flour and bake for 30-35 minutes. Prepare frosting by mixing melted butter, sugar and milk together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in semi-sweet chocolate chips. When chips are melted, pour frosting over top of brownies. Cool at least 2 hours before cutting.
