1/2 c white flour
1 qt fresh milk
2 eggs, separated
1 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk in large saucepan until it almost reaches the boiling point. (DO NOT BOIL!) Mix the egg yolks, flour, sugar and cinnamon with about 1/2 c cold milk and add to hot milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and add vanilla and nutmeg. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into milk mixture.
