2 lbs pork or beef steak - cut into strips
3 c chili caribe (see recipe under sauces)
2 cloves garlic, diced
salt and oregano to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate meat in chili caribe and diced garlic overnight. Bake or cook in skillet until well done, basting with chili caribe while cooking. Season with salt and oregano.
