2 tsp organic olive oil
1 16 oz bag of frozen organic soy beans (shelled)
1 16 oz bag of frozen organic corn
2 tsp organic soy sauce
1/2 tsp organic onion powder
1 large or 2 medium organic sweet red peppers (diced)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil over medium heat, and then add soy beans and corn. Stir occasionally and add in soy sauce and onion powder. After beans and corn have thawed and are partially cooked, add in red pepper.

Cook until thoroughly heated or starvation sets in.

Best served with Samuel Smith's Nut Brown Ale!
