Instant potatoes
1 beaten egg
1 8 oz. package of cream cheese
1/3 cup chopped onion
Directions:
Directions:
Make potatoes according to the directions on the box for 8 servings.
Add to the potatoes the egg, cream cheese, onion. Mix well.

Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350º uncovered in a 1 qt. casserole, ungreased. Should be nicely browned.
