2 boneless, skinless breasts
2 stalks celery
1 medium onion, chopped
7 oz. spaghetti noodles, cooked
1/4 stick butter
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cup cheddar cheese
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer chicken in water until done - adding salt, pepper and 1 stalk of celery to water. Keep water and remove chicken and shred.
Saute celery and onion in butter. Add to shredded chicken. Thin soup with 1/2 cup water from chicken.
Place 1/2 cooked noodles in bottom of a 2 qt. casserole pan. Cover with 1/2 chicken mixture. Add 1/2 of the celery soup mixture.
Add 1/2 of the cheddar cheese. Repeat layers.

Pour 1/2-3/4 cup of broth (water from chicken) over all. Bake 350º for 30 minutes.
