6 chicken breast halves

Directions:
Directions:
Remove skin and fat from from the chicken breasts. Place in a 13" x 9" baking pan, meat side up. Cover with foil and bake at 350º for one hour. Allow to cool slightly. Remove from bones and cut or tear into bite-sized pieces or slices. May be cooked the day before and refrigerated until used.
